Haven - Battered women's shelter in Pontiac, MI. Bed quilts and household staples are needed.
Hero Quilts - for injured soldiers returning from the conflict in Iraq. If you would like to make a quilt for the soldiers, the suggested size is 40 x 60 inches and the suggested fabric is patriotic. The quilts will be distributed at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center and Andrews AFB Medical Center by the American Red Cross. Finished quilts should be mailed to:

Quilts of Valor - The mission of the QOV Foundation is to cover ALL war wounded and injured servicemembers and veterans from the War on Terror whether physical or psychological wounds with Wartime quilts called Quilts of Valor (QOVS).
Tiny Miracles - Donates small (14-36", 20-24" are most needed) quilts to local hospitals for premature infants to use in the hospital. The quilts are then sent home with the family.
