Every year our guild hosts a themed challenge for members—a wonderful opportunity to stretch your creativity and try new techniques! Members are given the theme in September and have until the June guild meeting to complete and share their projects.
This year’s challenge is all about patriotism! In honor of America’s 250th birthday, the 2025–26 theme is sure to spark inspiration: Life, Liberty, and Freedom. Celebrate this milestone with a patriotic quilt or quilted item and say you created it during America’s Semiquincentennial!
Challenge Guidelines:
Let your imagination run wild—traditional, whimsical, abstract, or historical flag-inspired designs are all welcome. This is your chance to showcase your skills, try something new, and have some fun with your quilting year.
We can’t wait to see your patriotic masterpieces—good luck, and happy quilting!
